Due to upcoming busy festive period, we are going to stop taking online orders temporarily from Monday, 15th December 2025. We will resume taking online orders from Thursday, 1st January 2026.
Euro Quality Lamb’s hand selected quality whole lamb box with cutting options (14-16 kg after cutting).
Please note: No mincing is available at present. Dicing is performed instead.
The weight of the whole lamb and cuts will vary but the products and approximate weights are:
premium leg carvery roast (under two kilos), premium shoulder carvery roast (about two kilos), 2 half-leg roasts (over a kilo and a quarter each), 2 boneless victoria roasts (about a kilo each), seven-rib rack (over half-kilo), 7 cutlets (under a kilo total), 10 T-bone chops (about kilo and a half total), 4 boneless premium leg steaks (about half-kilo total), neck fillet (under half-kilo), dice (over two kilo).
