Due to upcoming busy festive period, we are going to stop taking online orders temporarily from Monday, 15th December 2025. We will resume taking online orders from Thursday, 1st January 2026.

Please note: No mincing is available at present. Dicing is performed instead.
Expect 7-8kg after cutting. The weight of the whole lamb and cuts will vary but the products and approximate weights are:
premium leg carvery roast (under two kilo), 2 boneless victoria roasts (about a kilo each), 7 cutlets (under a kilo total), 5 T-bone chops (under a kilo total), 4 boneless premium leg steaks (about half-kilo).
